Payment
A contract must be signed and executed by both parties. A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is due and payable upon contract signing to save the date with the final payment due no less than 24 hours prior to the performance. As Zahena will be holding the night for your performance should you need to cancel the more advance notice given the better Zahena's chances of booking another engagement. Zahena can accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal at zahenaraks@hotmail.com or by personal check and cash.
About the Show
Shows can be tailored to your specific needs depending on stage size and personal preference. Shows and costuming are always family friendly and are for all ages. A typical show usually consists of a solo dancer for 25-45 minutes unless otherwise specified. If specially requested, a variety of dancers can be supplied as well as costuming changes for an extra fee. Specific props (sword, fire tray, veil, Isis Wings, etc) can be requested as well. Please specify if you have an interest in a special prop.
Birthday performances get a special gift as well as the CD that was used for the performance. In-Home dance classes receive the CD used to teach the class as well as notes on their performance.
Requirements for the Show
A dance space must be provided with a CD player. The floor must be free of any hazardous objects as Zahena typically dances barefoot. All parking fees are the responsibility of the client. A separate and safe place for the dancer to change and leave their things is also required.
